I WAS the community, many many moons ago 
I thought my car was spotless until I saw rust, so I had someone scrap the shell for me and I sold the parts to make more money.
RE the arse, tbh i'd rather be smoking the pipe. Jog on 20yo wippersnapper.  Good luck with the sale.
