yerpp heat gun does work but youve got to be carefull it doesnt warp the plastic
back to black works and its only a cuple of qud a bottle
and alsooooooo
used motor oil works a treat thats how i used to do mine

i use turtlewax back to black and it works brilliant. my plastics arent that bad either. you need to be patient though because marks where it has run doesnt dont always go away with one wipe.
what kind of heat gun you using? link me to one.

I used a black and decker one just there and it was pish, was my mates dads, just started spraying mine satin black today
