that was with ease, could have turned it up more but then again i couldnt tell you how long it would have lasted. the engine seemed very happy taking that boost and with a proper exhaust on them they are much much more driveable

I don't think anybody is disputing there are fast diesels.

A 1.5td corsa with the boost turned up doesn't do 14's though.

It makes it faster that it was to start with, doesn't make it fast.

it's not only the boost which makes it run faster there are more things you need to do

i had a 1.5td with a bleed screw on the turbo fitted by the previous owner, was quicker than my corsa gsi with inlet, exhaust ect, but headgasket soon went, water pump went,, still drove it till its death tho, rust old thing

are they not like new cars, where the throttel controlls the diesel pump? so im guessing you need to wank out the governor screw on the pump to add more fuel ect?

I think you have to wind out the fuel screw aswell like the 306's?
