i wouldnt tarnish the e36 m3 with this brush, yes there are loads of rude boy shit heap examples out there but a mate of mine has a 1994 m3 thats done over 160k and has never missed a beat, now has a fast road setup and is used on the odd track day too aswell as being his daily driver, ok he works at a well known bmw indy garage but a well looked after e36 m3 will be fine
also why dont you keep the m3 and not bother with things like getting the wheels refurbed, re dyeing the leather etc. ok it keeps the car mint but it doesnt need it seeing as its a daily driver and to save money you could ignore these things until you come to selling up

Mk4= Its no reflection on a certain modela of car, an old car is old. It will eat bushes, suspension, parts you wouldnt normailly renew but have to due to age. My Z3 was a prime example. Great car, but permantly chasing that worn bush/fixing/belt etc... It still went on fine, but wasnt perfect.

A VXR would probably be a good buy, newish cars and cheaper in the long run than an M3 but still good fun I imagine.
