if you've got the chance to own a tidy saph go for it, especially a 2wd one, dont have to have mega power in em to have some fun, no gearbox issues with the old T5's either

and more to the point, white saph + hocks = P0RN0!!!!!

suit the car so well and different to the comman as fook choice of comps.

What is it with people thinking Cossies are these super cars? Cossies aren't the be all and end all like people think. What are they? like 225bhp standard? There's quite a few turbo cars that make that and more standard actually and up against a modern car that isn't knackered they're not that great. My STI ate enough of them. It'll only be marginally faster than the Type-R he's just sold in reality. Ok, the power delivery will be totally different, but still...

Didn't Sierra's only come in 4 door?

Sierras were sold as 2 doors, 4 doors, 4 door estates and 4 door hatchbacks.

My mate had a 4wd one and it spat gearboxes all the time. I'd only own a 2wd one these days, much stronger from what I've seen..

they are a good platform Jas. I dont think people think they are the best things since sliced bread, but they are from a time when they where the only fast real world cars. These days lots of stuff is availible but in 1986 that was mental.

Its the heritage and the fact its now rare. Not how fast it is.

I know, totally respect where they come from and what they used to be. But I personally wouldn't buy one unless it was a original minter
