take out all your interior and the cd player spare wheel etc. your car should be alot faster

one thing ure not understanding though is that the vtr's gearbox ratio's will slam a corsa's...with a 1.6 corsa u wud need to change stupidly fast to beat him

its a 2003 vtr so has 100bhp...98 or even lower...the 1.6 sport has 103...and the added weight of unsure how much lol...even if he has less than half a tank of fuel and the spare wheel removed it will seem alot faster

i own a vts myself and you can tell when it has that extra weight in it

if u want to beat him....take all the weight out u can...get an better inlet manifold and make sure he has a passenger...this means getting him a gf...and the fat the better

also vtr's have no torque?

Corsa Sport 1.4 16v will keep up with a 90bhp VTR but only just and the VTR will have to be high mileage

The later 100bhp ones are much faster and much better cars, they are faster than a 1.6 16v Corsa until 80mph and then the Corsa will start to edge it, but only just.

Fit an inlet and get it mapped and the Corsa is much faster.

No he was tiny but had two girls in the car, both went up to 115 but i started passing him from 115 to 125 (car was reaching top end)
Im not aq small lad so weight was probably the same as the spax is a tin can.

VTR will beat a gsi sport all day, they weigh less and handle 10x better.

I've owned a VTS and 106 gti so I can comment on the handling.

I also owned a semi stripped corsa running 130bhp+

Buy a Lexmaul inlet
