JR - What time was you up then??? We woke up at 7am, left bu 7.30am, queing by 8.30pm 
Flaming, not seen a Ph4, but seen Ph2 VXR's, and tbh, they wouldn't have stood a chance either. Honestly, it was a joke. He was a good 300m behined me, and I saw the nose rise and i was already at full beans. It took a matter of seconds. The Audi R8 we chased didn't fair so well either. R8 left us (not by as much as i thought), and then got left by the GTR...
Its not just the power, its the delivery, the gearchange is stupidly fast, I could hear it from behined me. I want one.
Thing is, Audi RS4, or GTR..... Honestly, no competition!!!!!

Anyone see this Vauxhall as well?? Seating position like a Mclaren F1, but the quality of a Lada, from the scrappy. Don't know what engine it had, but it had a bloody big turbocharger under the rear hood.

Ph4 will be roughly the same state of power on both engines. VX220 has the weight advantage.

The VX220 on a stage 4 is going to be massively faster than an Astra on stage 4.

i use to watch them at oulton park as a kid with my dad. yer they were fucking quick and sometimes there exhaust tips used to glow red

Spanking bike, loved them. Revolution of their time, and still are today. They oblitorated all the expensive Jap machines, from a shed in England.
