According to the two guys there who were picking the cars up (one who has worked on this car before) he was fairly certain it was a write off. As said it looks much worse than in those pics when you see it.

Probably an offence of involuntary manslaughter, although not likely to be a high sentence because of the circumstances and also probably wont even hold up in court.

erm, IF she did, and IF they linked it to the accident, if it was somebody who thought about it like me, i would have tried charging for death buy careless driving 
but lets be greatfull that nobody was seriously injured.
and as for the merc, looks like it would have been a nice clean car mate. i will agree though, looks extrenely well built

Yeah some bint pulled out infront of him down our road and he smashed the front in. Then he only had about £2.5k worth of work donw about 6 weeks ago

Can see the main impact of the crash is in the centre of the door, so underneath would be fine, ive fixed about 5 or 6 of these now, and about 3 have been worse than that.

Front suspension is fucked, the impact was actually more to the front than that looks. Other side of car has dents and scratches running from front arch all the way down to rear arch.
