Insurance company can file to reclaim losses against yourself if they really want to but its very rare it happens as court costs often exceed the costs of the repair anyway.

I dont have a car on the road at the moment as im banned untill the 23rd of the month, even so why do you want my VRM? Are you one of those goody 2 shoes grasses?

Not really, i can take 6 months ban on the chin for the thousands ive saved in premiums. I bet 99.9% of the members on this website have run an undeclared mod at some point, broken the speed limit or driven with no tax or mot or even insurance so why be such hypocrites? At least im honest instead of trying to look like poppa smurf on the internet.

There are levels of hypocriticalness though, its like lieing, there are little white lies, then there are taking the piss lies.
We all have to have insurance, nobody likes paying it. I'm not that fussed about if you have done it in the past however I think it's a bit stupid to start promoting it to everyone else, on a site with a high level of youths wanting faster cars and looking for an easy route. Do you really want loads of youths in corsas driving around with bigger engines,, increasing the percentage of road accidents. Even if it is just 1 fatal road accident it is one too many. Or even having their insurance voided after an accident with a 3rd party, I imagine that is a ball ache for the 3rd part, which could be you.

I never intentionally drive without insurance thats just stupid. I work very hard when i have work on thanks, and it has made it hard for me to get work without a licence. I do what i can to save money and get by - but hey in your eyes im scum, as you are clearly mr perfect and nothing you do in your life is wrong at all. Hell, you dont break speed limits at all do you?

Another hypocrite looking for a brownie point

Its hardly murdering or rape illegal is it? Plus if your off duty what does it matter? Or does your job rule your life? 3rd party insurance is in place, as are tax and mot. The only thing you could slap on it is the fact the car is incorrectly taxed and give the owner a £45 fine for lack of road tax.

Seriously, stop being an arse for the sake of it. Police are here to serve and protect, not persecute and rob us blind.

"I never intentionally drive without insurance thats just stupid."

you admitted earlier in the thread you enjoy commiting fraud, and on a forum where people love their cars, we've had expierance of uninsured drivers hitting us and we get stung not them, and you wonder why your getting a hardtime for this?

Its not uninsured, 3rd party is in place and as long as it is in place if i hit another car they would pay out.

I love my cars and hate uninsured drivers, doesnt mean i cant bend the rules does it?

i don't think your getting it, if you insure your car is 1600, or 1400, and it's 2000 then thats illegal, simple as.
