Sold my exclusiv to them a while back for something shit like £3800 Went in there to get £4800 and they marked it down on scuffs on alloys and things like that.
Not arsed, didn't want the car anymore, day later someone offeref £5k for it from pistonheads.
Shit happens

i got £3900 for my grande punto off them just over a year ago, car was on a o6 plate with 30,000 miles,few lights scratches and loads of stone chips on the front,i got exactly what they offered me and it was in my bank 2 days later, i havnt heard nothing back fom them not even a letter or anything, was quick and very easy, no catches no problem,the punto was probably only worth 4100-4200 private aswel anyway,

My sister in law got 4 grand I think for her old C, was booking at around that, turned up signed some stuff and left with a cheque. Not a bad price and no hassle.
Not sure everyone would have the same experience. They weren't close on anything of mine.
