If I had to choose between my car license and my bike license the car would win.. Yes I love going out on the bike on a gorgeous day (like today) but how many of those do we get? Its a nice thing to have but about as practical as a kick in the face.

No piont in having a nice car imo, People only start to vandalise them in some form.
This too. After seeing my brother's Subaru get keyed twice he wants to sell. I've had people throw coins at my car whilst I was driving past.
Also after getting my CRX resprayed, went down the front and there was a gritter that threw it's shite all over my car! Ruined the bonnet and wings, tried sueing the council but didn't get anywhere...

I got my full bike license the week i turned 17 (4 days after it)
Was the best thing i ever did... one year later after driving it in the snow going sideways for 2 weeks, i thought fuck it - so bought a car and did my license... sold the bike when it had problems and my mate bought it (knowing the problems)
Best thing i did because biker runs = 50+bikes on a nice day all going out to somewhere far away, normally speeding... lol always events to do i.e glasgow egg run is a good example (youtube it - its for charity at easter)
Nothing beats a bike, im still kicking myself for selling my bike but im going to be holding out till the reccesion is over (they think its the start of 2010 that it will end) before i get a new bike... (they say deals will go on then lol)
Theres pleanty of deals at the minute, Its just having the money to get them, as im finding out!
