shame that but will probably be a 50/50 as there as cars either side of the road and no road markings therefore you will both be judged to be in the same part of the road i.e. in the middle.

hopefully though, the woman who witnessed it will make it easier to pass the blame on the chav with no manly taste judging by his choice of car.

rest assured, behind that bumper of his, stuff will probably be bent. the bumper is designed to pop back into place but it bends stuff behind it in the process most of the time.

try and get him done for having 4 passengers also, but he will only get a £50 fine for that probably.

Well see if they come round to just paying you. End of day would be cheaper for both of you

And his ins can't be cheap as it is as he's 17 so god knows how much it'll be now!

i would talk to him first. if you get your insurance involved, then you will need to declare the accident at renewal times

but, if he is at fault, you can claim for injuries if you got any.

Risk going through insurance is they might potentially write the corsa off. Do you have agreed value? If not a genuine bumper, paint, new slam panel, prep and welding could well mean they just pay you out IMHO.

not yet, but imo i could say i need all that, i would be quite happy with 200 - 300, the bumper isnt to bad, and reckon the panel could be rectified, not as bad as it sounds
