What are time attack cars? What makes them have their own racing series? Does the rules say it has to be based on a road car?

basically its road cars.... with 'nearly' free reign on mods.

Club Class - supposed to be privateers - no nitrous, no meth, no seqentials.

Club Pro - more cage rules, no meth

Pro - same as club pro but for full on teams like Zen/RCM

Rules (used to... havent checked recently) stated that chassis/susp pickup points must be as original car.

Good result! Close times in the end so any future improvements should see her up there!

Whats the format for this, different classes on track at the same time trying to get the fastest lap?

club class is spilt in to forced/na and then further by drive train

4wd = forced 4x4
RWD - forced RWD
FWD = forced FWD
NA4 = NA 4x4
NAF = NA FWD
NAR = NA RWD

Antee - you push hard, your on the edge! We've crashed/been off a few times too Alex Bruce is some boy though! The evo is featured in some Evo mag this month

RCS - yup.... the times are promising. Shows a place about 5th isnt that out of reach Plenty of points for her today though

So the whole Club Class (and other classes etc) is out at the same time on track trying to get the fastest lap?

RCS - nope.... Club (4wd, rwd, fwd) are all out at the same time. Then Club Pro/Pro are out at another time. So its not just a case of just doing fast laps... you have to deal with other fuckers getting in the way passing any side now, just frowned upon diving up inside of corners to get by.

antee - just the one at Oulton. The car is rebuilt. His off yesterday was just a slide backwards into tyres (like fee's). Car isnt wrecked.

I like the look of the canards. Are they functional or just for looks?

I'm after some for my kitcar to direct air around the suspension wishbones to stop lift.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

We are certainly using the tyres a lot more now anyway!
