I hope you aren't still using your laptop charger...

John, I managed to get my other half a replacement battery for her Dell laptop for free even though it was just out of the warranty period. Her laptop is playing up now, I might see if I can score her a new laptop using your reasons...

They may or may not have started looking into safety claims in the west of scotland not that long after the dell tech support office was moved here
