as ojc said remove the egr as its a little git on them..

also they are reliable and cheap for after market parts... just got to worry about the rot thats all.

driven a few and can say they are pritty nippy, but after driving a 220bhp let'd astra and my xe corsa i think quite a few cars are just nippy now lol

For comparison sake they arent as quick as a Mk3 Astra Gsi Redtop but they arent far off.

Don't these have extremely strong engines in them? As in, slap on a turbocharger and you're away? Or is my mind confusing this with the Duratec?

Have you tried to insure it yet?? The prices used to be OBSCENE for such a slow car.
