Seeing as GPS is only accurtate to within 10m then it wouldn't register any movement, surely

In my car my mate's satnav said 103mph With a full suspension setup in the boot and said mate in the car

A normal GPS shows you moving while still.

The only way it would register 400mph is if it was using an accelerometer.

77 is the the highest on mine.

Although the best was trying to get my 1.2 8v Nova to 100 on the sat nav. Going down hill for fucking ages and could only manage:

So close yet so far

Yup!

It's highest CURRENT speed in YOUR GPS system, NOTthe quickest you've seen on a GPS unit or speedo

Mines 0mph as it doesn't save max speed

Why wouldn't it count if it was shown on the sat nav anyway...?

I've got no idea, but I've had the XE bouncing off the limiter in 5th with an F20 box

I have the Tomtom One XL and I don't think it saves the top speed Unless someone can point me in the right direction?
