happened at the eastbrook pub junction at dagenham east p1ck4d.
she was in an 03 plate black fiesta. she must have had a fair amount of damage to her car as my wheel has a few deep scrapes on. polished most of the scratches out the wing though, just gotta bill her for repairs to the alloy and mirror.
filled out a police report form which is getting sorted out now. they wouldn't go straight round to see her as it was not an emergency and no one was injured.
i've had 2 accidents before this which both weren't my fault and were quite bad and never claimed for injuries, and i also won't be claiming here as i just think i would be at fraudulent as the other driver.

Is it cold up there on your pedestal? Folk driving away from the scene of an accident etc cost us as well. It all costs us so accept it. I'd be doing the same if a twat thought they'd get away with fucking my car!

No but it's getting a piss take nowadays. I touched a new astra in my 172, litrally had the smalest crack on my headlight (it's a Renault they crack in the wind) no damage to there car but the 3 passengers claimed 2k each

Too right. Fair enough if they stand up and admit fault, but she's being a badger.

If the guy claimed for injuries in my accident I think I'd beat him with a stick as I clipped his wing. Fair enough for being honest though, just remember she wouldn't do the same to you

Claim for a sore back and neck due to the impact julting the car along with the repairs for your car.
Some people are from another planet.
I had a accident on the M25 once where a Fiesta run up my arse end in a traffic jam. The woman driver claimed that my brake lights were not working. However even with a totalled rear end the Police checked them at the side of the road and guess what. They still worked!!
I claimed for a sore back and neck and got a payout for it!
Just remember, Where there is blame, There is a claim!!

Fraud lmao, you can claim upto £1000 without needing a doctors examination so make sure you put that claim in! Screw them for what there worth, they charge extortionate prices for insurance so its only fair if you get some of that money back. Nice guys finish last in this world remember that.
As for your wong get it replaced. if you can feel a scratch with your fingernail you cant polish it out.
First thing you should have done was go to an accident repair centre and tell them you just got hit, give them the other drivers reg and your accident repair centre of choice will deal with the claim for you. get to one tomorrow and tell them your claiming. your own insurance are lazy, a bodyshop will be on it and push them to get it sorted as fast as possible

tbh its irrelevant that your brake lights were working or not, if your sitting in traffic. Can she not see your car STATIONARY with all the other cars around/in front STATIONARY. Some people will try anything, and make them selves look even more stupid.

Ammusing all the people on here saying claim for injury are the same people who will moan about astronomical insurance prices they have to pay! Remember........you dont get something for nothing in life, no matter what you, me, yer maw......we all pay for fraudulant claims, not the bint that caused the accident.
