Im looking at buying an A3 S-Line on Tuesday for the girlfriend.
The mk5 Gti was considered, but as has been said - it is bland out of the box. The A3 isnt imo.

nah, not even considering honda mate

definately like the look of the seat but as previously said, the interior is shocking

edition 30 golf is definately in the running if I can find a cheap enough one

not considering the honda due to a few reasons

the power is not a massive issue
i hate the look of them
they are extremely common round here and for the wrong reasons
i dont think they are in the same league as the A3 or golf as an all rounder

Nothing to do with spec, it's probably quite well specced, it's just has a terrible dash and bad ergonomics.

The octavia dash is fine.

I though the same when I saw it in the pictures, but I sat in one the other week and it completely changed my mine, they are really comfy, same for the back too, can get over the dash
