i know but theres more options than just vag surely.

look at older hondas etc still £2k plus for high milers etc. ek9 civics seem to hold there value well.

and a 3dr cos im sure isnt going to lose any money.

1) i imagine adam wants to drive this car and be able to park it with having the A-Team look after it = not a 3 door cosworth

2) as 11k has been mentioned i imagine he want something nice, new and wont need to be constantly worked on

What about an Audi S4 like this -



Ive seen them tumble in price in the last few years. Not as quick as an M3 but plenty room for your camera gear & passengers etc.
