Have you lost much comfort with the springs?

I would like to lower my Arctic but like the way it feels at the moment just want it to look lower

The Dap-r springs look rather low, seen a few VXR's with them fitted now

Is the ride quality on standard shockers still good?

The ride quality is un changed. The OE dampers are brilliant and don't need uprating. DAP developed these with our shit roads in mind, where as the Eibachs tend to get lose and get crashy after time.

Where did you purchase the springs from? I'm swaying between Eibach and Weitec, however you may have introduced a new contender assuming they do them in Golf fitment.
