Love it mate. I want one of these but i dont think i will be able to afford insurance so i may have to settle for a SRI.

Shouldnt be too bad mate.I had a Calibra Turbo at 19 with 0 NCB and it was less than £900.

I think what deano means is the turbos on the mk4 gsi's dont seem to last as long as the equivilent cars be it from Japan or Germany.
44k and its had a new turbo already.My old Pulsar was on 90k and still on its original turbo.

my opinion, why buy a car that is relativly slow, add mods that make it less reliable and that little bit faster, loose comfort etc. i can still appreciate corsas and such like but i dont envy anybody who has to go over speed bumps at 5mph and dodge every pot hole not matter how big or deep, replace tyres due to coilovers or other scrubbage problems. I think the gsi is a compromise, speed/looks/reliabilty/comfort

buy one and find out nah they are really nice, lumbar support is weird at first but after that they are really good, so glad i didnt get an sri turbo, would have regretted it everyday
