in all honesty though people who drive the run of the mill sports, GSi's, valvers, havent got 1200 quid to spend on a set of coilovers.
no matter how much u spend on coilovers, you cant improve the quality of british roads!!
for me if its for a road car, gaz, leda, FK are decent enough IMO
if its a dedicated track car then fair play.

Do you drive your car quickly though Nick?
two mates have them on two different cars, they crash all over the place, damper leaked after 1k on the other, they feel from my brief expereince very unforgiving and bouncy aswell.. and these were golds so the suposed better ones.

Ive never done any track driveing, but id say an bumpy b road would more likely take it out on shocks. My GAZ coilovers are certanly not crashy, the spax stuff i had before them were though, they were bouncy to.... when the gaz's are set to soft the ride i alsomt like standerd car and my higher poundage front spring stoped the bounceness i had of my old spax stuff. I was amazed at the quality of mine tbh

Hi GSi_16v
What is the poundage of your front spring?
Mines are 275lbs but it seems very soft Your rear shocks are coils to?
Cheers!
