It looks like a nice project, and fair enough, it's his money so he can do what he wants with it. And sure as fuck, I'm probably the kind of person who could sink that cash into a project if I had the disposable income.
But in all honesty, it sounds like the guy who owns it has just paid people to think for him, because in his post he mentions company's names in a way like we should be impressed that he's paid them to do work for him.

a million pounds says a radical SR3 is both cheaper to buy and faster round a track with better re-sale value than that.
Infact, i bet a noble m400, ferrari 360, lambo gallardo are all cheaper to buy, faster round a track, more versatile, more practical, have better re sale values and and are still more desirable than one too.
