Plus total immersion body wax, a hand shandy, a cough and a spit and blow the old bugle, trim finger and toe nails, give a pint of blood and drive in nothing more than those paper pants they make you wear for surgery.

I think the way it's going tonight, the temperature will be the last of my issues. I'll need a boat.

I think you'll get better the more runs you do.

LMFAO, bang on
My first run, at 1pm, from the very front of the queue, bearing in mind there was no rubber on the track at all, was 17.10@86.5, so already better than the standard car.
That was also my first time ever doing a standing 1/4 mile.
Next was 17.38@86.61
Then 16.50@87.29
16.11@87
16.52@87.47
16.10@87.34
16.37@87.34
15.88@87.50
16.20@88.01
15.99@88.02
15.89@87.52
15.83@87.51
and finally 16.18@87.68
The track was ridiculously slippery, to start with, even the 4 wheel drive cars were struggling for grip.
My best time was done with the TC half off, after warming the tyres a bit, against a Corsa Turbo, which did a 15.2@94mph
My 60ft times were shocking, the best was 2.35 seconds, and my worst was 3.34
I met a few more E90 owners (well, E92) dxb335d on here was one of them, I had a race with another 320d with a tuning box and beat it.
Good day out, not one accident or breakage, which makes a change (there was a CTR which died on the line, but it wasn't terminal damage, it was back out the next time I lined up) Not as busy as it usually is this time of year either.
I reckon I can do better in the dry/warm though, I couldn't actually launch the car, so I'll have to try again in the summer.

I'm happy, considering the conditions.
Carlos (dxb335d) was getting mid 13s
