I was told I wasn't going fast, I had mates behind me in their cars who were fucking diamonds, would have been so much more of a nightmare without them, so even though they won't read this, I appreciate it alot.

2 wheels are screwed mate, insurance won't cover them, all declared though, makes it worth following the book when things like this happen.

Yeh I'll definetly be looking to buy it back if it gets written off. Fords are made of bolt off bolt on parts. The whole front end can be taken apart with ease. It's just all the money for genuine parts which will knock the price on the claim up.

I do mate.

Any chance you could measure the amount of exposed thread at your rear shock? Im trying to work out if the back end of mines been lifted, feels a bit high.. On my tiptoes and I'm 6ft..

Felt better, I didn't ache as much this morning as I thought. But it's starting to catch up on me now I think, stiffening right up, I've tried to keep myself moving all day but it was always gonna happen. Definetly calling in sick to work tomorrow as I can't be doing any manual labouring.

Not really in the mood to be doing that, but if it's been lifted, look above the shock there might be a lifting plate, I was told that the guy has done it to mine, although I'm 5'7 and have to pretty much tip toe so maybe not.
