52MPG out of a golf is quite good Colin!

Haven't looked at mine since before Xmas, I hazard it's round the 40 mark.

Ive been working all over christmas and its been icy with zero traffic. So constant speed and no tec action. boring but apparently eco friendly

How do I work out my mpg from that?

Thats what it said, im not convinced it can be trusted. Certainly wouldnt put a wager on it! :S

Temp reading on the trip computer has been all over aswell today telling my it was 0.5 Degrees at 7:30am when it was freezing, then displaying -2 this afternoon when it had clearly warmed up a bit. I think its pissed from xmas still

22 in the Astra. That's not even killing it, it's just slow and heavy.

Cheaper than running a diesel when it was 130p/litre though!
