What have you actually done using lemmiwinks?
Basically its a form of tuning...like going back to the mappers only u use it self to up the timing/fueling but you need to know what your doing...And every change you do...You log it to check for Cf ect...

I know what it is. The question was more on what have you actually done with it?
Never ever actually heard of anyone changing anything with it.

SPS3 can do that on Revo'd cars.
The only time when you would need Lemmiwinks is if the SPS3 could not advance the timing far enough.

Ross tech website. Trial version is free, to register it is about $90.
Very good piece of kit, used it a few times on my golf and quite a few others and mums a4 etc etc.

The ebay cables only work with the older versions, which you can download anyway.
The new software needs the official cable to work.
There is one site I found that me and Steve bought the latest version for under £40, they seemed to be a bit dodgy though and there was a bit of arsing about getting them to work.

£250 is a lot though unless you've got something specific you need it for, a lot of people just like playing about and making graphs.
I don't know how much it's cost them to develop obviously but they'd sell many more at a much lower price.

The licence is $99 dollars, £68 last time I checked.
Version 409.1 is fine for anything that isnt CAN_BUS

409.1 is really really old though, the new ones have got more, I think I needed a feature of the newer ones to code my cluster and that's why I looked into getting it.
