The MK6 has better interior apparently. Mk5 didn't do as well as MK4 due to the interior quality being substandard.

That doesn't look too bad to me, hopefully the GTi will have a better bumper etc though.

Whats wrong with the rear window?

I had a look around it and it looks really good. Don't think it will be an all out drivers car (buy a leon for that), but it will be a really comfy car. Dash looks good too

I dont get why people get all hung up about golf's going well on track, VW have moved the golf on to a more mass market approach with it being aimed at company cars/commuters. If you want a VAG car that laps the ring quickly you buy a Leon (Cupra R/FR) or S3
