working at renault garage, i think the megane 225's are a cracking car.. with the mag card story about them packing up the meganes do have that problem, but yet we havent had any 225's come in with that problem or with any other mechanical engine problems, its just all service stuff like pads and discs after they have been nailed on a track and tyres.

me personally i would have one over a astra vxr anyday

insurance shold be ok. i'm 20 and mines 2200 with 2 years NCB but 2 non fault accidents declared.

i got a quote for 1200 when i'm 21 with 3 NCB and accidents declared so it shouldn't be too bad for him.

On a serious note they are alot of car per £ atm.

I paid 5K for mine and couldnt have got a better all round car for less
