Im reading through it all...and just....seriously !!
I think whats disgusted me to the same level as the whole ordeal...is that they we only 13 - 16  I was expecting it to say 17 - 25 or something !
Going on the would you step in thing....Personally, i dont think i would. A call to 999 would be made, but you think how much we see, that WW2 pensioner that had his head kicked in a few weeks back. People getting shot and stabbed for no reason !
I dont have an issue stepping in ussually, many drunken nights i have seen a bloke getting a bit shirty and slapping his misses, and ussually i'll just get him to back off...But with that many people i just couldn't.
What worries me is i have a baby sister, what kinda shit world is she growing up in !!

thats fucking shocking, so many people who could have done something. i dont know if i would of joined in but i would of called the police and as many people as i know to come and help.

Not only am I disgusted at what happened to that girl, I am flabbergasted that these "witnesses" did FA to help her - as others have said in this said all it takes is a simple FREE phone call to 999. Typical British attitude, to look the other way and do nothing - pathetic.

If you read it there was only two boys at the start and people saw them doing it and did nothing.
Im sorry but if i had saw them i would of had to step in,im not the hardest of guys like but even in town id step in if i saw a guy hit a girl,let alone a 14 yr old girl.

Yeah and the reason why that is, is because it seems the majority of these people that step in, in situations like this get beaten up or killed.
I can't say I blame alot of people for not stepping in.
