To be honest if your not driving everywhere like a loon then you should be ok.. as long as everynow and again your on a longish journey at a constant moderate speed the DPF should self regenerate

infact im pretty sure fiat only fitted dpf to grande's on the continent..

however 159's do have them here and we do force regens (i.e its told by examiner to rev for so long at a certain rev and make it glow ) occasionally to clean the dpf

I've had a new turbo in my remapped golf mk4 when it got to 100k, also been through the reciepts before i bought it and theres one for a new turbo at 60k, stating on it 'no guarentee on turbo - engine remapped'.
No evidence this is what caused it, all i can say is a new turbo every 40k isn't cheap

I have heard of it killing the clutch but that's to be expected. I've started killing the clutch on my bike from having it flat out alot, bit cheaper on the bike mind you to replace

i cant see fiat building which is right on the edge of how much power it can handle

im sure with general servicing you'll be fine when looking at used cars some times you see a car with a recent new clutch at 60k then you see an identical example with 80k on the original its all down to the driver

Matt I forgot, were the uk's northern autodelta agent. We actually sell and fit tuning box's in our workshop. Granted it's on the Alfa 2.4 jtd's but I doubt we would do it of there were a risk of catastrophic engine failure
