Has even one of you gone to the place where he works? Okay, you shouldn't have to. Should be the last thing you should have to do when ordering online. BUT, is it getting anywhere?
All it may require is a face to face talk rather than the "Daves this, daves that" kind of talk which will only infuriate him (So it should, but it wont help your case in getting the money ASAP)
I understand where you're all coming from, but the way you're all acting is slightly childish & slighty internet warrior'ish.
I'd happily go up there and give him a talking to (A talking to, not a battering as some of you will interprate that as)if it stops these boring posts & references. I'm in that area in the next week anyway.

Problem is most the folk involved live too far for it to be worthwhile going to Vsport to have this out face to face.
What goes around comes around. I for one wouldnt feel bad if this cripples his business, hes only brought it on himself!!

Somebody has been in the shop and watched him telling a customer to 'fuck off' when asked for a refund and apparently he's big and intimadating.
He would have came across as decent when trying to get a sale.

The amount of time that has been spent slagging him off could have been spent getting a couple of quid from each non-refund receiving member to get the closest (Distance) member to drive up and sort the refunds out. My opinion is that he thinks he can get away with not doing it as he has seen so many people say they cannot afford to go speak to him face to face.
Phone > Hang up
Email > Ignore
CS Forums > Ignore
Face to face > Really cant see him being ignorant when it comes to this
My opinion of course. Simply think its time wasted by slagging him off on here and its making you guys look abit

No you cant, but between 25 member, for £1800, a £20 petrol drive is not all that big of a deal. I was serious when I said I'd go and have words with him face to face when I'm up there next week just to find out the situation.. Probably best coming from an outsider aswell.

The only reason he's being slagged off so much is because he has been covering this up for months and months.
When threads have been posted he's u2u's the author telling them they'll get no refund if they don't delete it, he's contacted forum owners threatening them with legal action if anybody is allowed to speak of it.
He very nearly got away with it until he pulled this depo stunt and it's finally came out.
When XSIHardy got fed up and made a thread letting us all know dave u2u'd him telling him if that he had no chance of getting his money back if he didn't delete the thread.
It's not as if somebody has made one mistake and are getting lynched, he's a dodgy character that's been caught out and now suddenly the company is no more and another one has sprouted up on the same premises, using dave's cars, who employ dave, same phone number, dave answers and claims its not him, I could go on.
You clearly have no idea of whats going on though so until you do i'd just keep your incorrect opinions to yourself.
