One things for sure his intention isnt to make it as easy as possible for people to get their money back after something which was clearly his fault
Any decent trader would be getting in touch with each individual and sorting the refund in the quickest possible way

Not really.
He has done group buys before and knows its a good source of money in the short term - and if the currently climate has taken a bit of a grip on his business (as we all know he has big overheads from his threads) then its basically interest free money.

If he was genuine, he would've proved that his order for the depos actually existed. This is something he still hasn't done after repeated attempts.

Its not highly unlikely, he was caught out as being dodgy well before that but he was managing to keep a thin cover of being a decent human being by threatning to take people to court for daring to tarnish his name.
He's been dodgy since at least the bmc filter thing, how long ago was that now.
