There's two downies in my Town which have been 'courting' for years
They're not allowed to marry by law though,

That is the moral of the story, that bloke handicap or not has just physically assaulted a small child, if he goes around doing that on a regular basis he shouldn't be allowed out in the community.
Would you be sticking up for the person carrying out the assault if he was a chav?

thats shocking. tbh the kid didnt even look hurt more shcoked at watching his dad punch him. i agree he cant go round just hitting kids, but a knockout punch was out of order in my opinion . a good push which lands him on his arse and a good bollocking would have been on
