I wake up every few hours at night. I've been like that for a good few years though, I thought it was normal? Never sleep right through the night.

One time I started elbowing my g/f in the face in my sleep. Found that funny the next day when she told me
Another time, she woke up and I was sat at the end of my bed in the dark with my head in my hands
I never remember anything at all, only what I get told.

My sisters husband once got up in the middle of the night when she was first pregnant, he was totally asleep, and he picked his pillow up and started to sing it to sleep. She asked what the fuck he was doing and he told he to shhh as she'd wake the baby up

I had a right go at my misses this mornin cause her fuckin alarm is some T2 crap! It scares the shat off me in the mornins, plus she really is a mornin person where as im not.....AT ALL! Bouncing around in bed, pickin my face, anything to fuck me off really, which kinda gets on my tits. So becasue of all this i got a bit angry an smashed her with a duck feather pillow thus resulting in her head hitting the lamp, thus turning it off, thus me being able to get some valuable shut eye!
Moral of the story "Buy some fucking ear muffs"

I only ever have a bad nights sleep when I know I must be up early. If I start early afternoon (Which is the case most of the time) I never have a problem.

Used to have horrible sleeping troubles. I left the Army with Post traumatic stress disorder, resulting is nightmares that gave me a sleeping phobia. I tried out everything the doctors gave me. But the only thing that helped was smoking a joint before going to bed.

I've had one of those half awake/half asleep dreams, where I was playing football. Ended up just about breaking my toe when I kicked the wall at the side of my bed

Sleep is dangerous for me. People can have conversations and I'll answer without ever knowing. Best kept to a minimum.
