so if its wrong they dont have to honour the price even though they have stated it is 9.99 like if you went into tescos and bought 4 stella and they were advertised at 9.99 and they were supposed to be 14.99 thye would have to honour that price iirc surely play will have to do this also

It aint your local Tesco's though is it. Some changed distance selling regulations. Can't be arsed to look it up. At one time there were sites dedicated to these mistakes but now your very lucky if they honour a claim.

No, because they'll just say it was a palpable error, it's the easiest thing in the world for internet company's to say and it gets them out of it straight away

It's not in, plus I think they can say it's an offer to buy & not to sell. IE it's advertising an offer for you to buy something, that they can refuse.

They don't have to send them out, neither does ASDA, any time they do give you it at that price it's for customer relations.
It's the same every time and every time people still think that they have to sell you it at that price.
