Did a wee bit of research and its a "JDM import VTI 135. It is a basic spec EG4. It is powered by the less powerful of the D15B family, the D15B Vtec-E. 'E' as in 'Economy'. The Vtec-E mechanism helps achieve impressive consumption figures but sacrifices bhp."

Yes, you are correct but in Japan they do things slightly different.
SiR and SiR II are the Jap translation / equivalent of a VTi (just like the Germs use Opel instead of Vaux)
So a VTi in Japan is a cross between a VTi and LSi in this country.
Ya get me?

1.5vti import came in a eg or ek with a d15b engine with about 130-135 bhp & lsd box on sum models but there rare.. there not a vtec e engine those engines only found in 1.5 ls models on ek shape or vei in eg shape.
the vti is the uk model while the sir is the jap import with lsd box & 170bhp
