i got done doin 50 in a 40 at 2 in the morning on a duel carridgeway.
i was the only car there and well 3 point etc etc, its a pain but. not the end of the world. just bloody annoying

yup! they can and are. the guy was alright n he was doing his job so hes a rare case of a nice cop round here. (well not exactly nice because he give me points but hey). he was as fair as he could be
