I meant £20k as deposit for a mortgage unless that is what you meant but I don't fancy paying back a mortgage and £20k loan and £18k Uni debt

Not according to the news this morning - they say the average 1st time buyer requires £20k all in. I would imagine that is including deposit, fee's, furniture etc

The average is 10% really. I was looking at saving between £10k and £15k, but £20k
