- Seatrials, in winter in Holyhead in open boat; I'm not bitter but I spent all last week in North Wales in the rain, yet the other NA here is in Ramsgate/Whitstable this week, in the sun trialling a wheelhouse boat

exactly the same as you mate. takes the piss i think. whenever anybody complains about the lunch half hour they tell us that its unpaid so we can do whatever we want in that time. like 30 mins is enough time to do anything. i couldn't even nip to the bank and back in that time.

Its common for the offices upstairs to have the aircon on AND the windows open, resulting in the compressors burning out after a while, they then complain and we end up having to fix them, dumbasses havent got a clue.

I can sympathise with the smelly house thing. I had to touch 2 customers phones this morning apart from nearly vomiting i had to wash my hands twice in the space of 10mins. If you cant wash you should be shot.
