Fuck knows why I did it
All I can really say is it felt right at the time, I was planning on spending the rest of my life with her just a shame she turned out not to feel the same.

I dated a lass last year on the tail end of the longest relationship I've had. We were just messing about but she had "very strong feelings for me" god knows why . Its been 10 months since I last heard from her and nows she married and pregnant.

Honestly!!

i've been with my gf 5 years and 9 months exactly tomorrow.. we have a house and a dog, whats the point of having a expensive ring on her finger and a party for the sake of changing her last name

Ive been with my missus for 4 years, the thing is I dont understand why marriage is so special really? You each get to wear a ring, when you fill a form out you put 'Married' instead of 'Single' (which btw really infuriates me, im not single im partnered ) the woman takes the blokes name (big wow does it really matter anymore?) and then there is a whole load of legal stuff which is basically biased towards women etc etc (im also not having a go at women here)

Not even thinking about marriage yet, I don't see what the big fuss is about tbh.

5 years time maybe, but thats minimum, I'll probably wait until my late 20's

if you get engaged, you should get married in 1-2 years imo...

why would you get engaged if you're not going to get married??

I was thinking this the other day, one of my mates just proposed to his gf. He had already told all of his mates he was going to do it and I honestly thought she would say no I can't believe that they actually want to get married at their age (21)

Mind you, you can't beat a wedding for a good old knees up!! I'm just panicking because he will be married next year and I don't want my gf getting any ideas

I got engaged after about 2 and a half years. Not thinking of getting married for a couple of years though until we have a house.
