Need to get an impact gun to undo the bottom pulley crank bolt, then may get a new bottom pulley!

I've got one

Not sure how else you get it off other then an impact gun, surely you can do it another way?

Yeah, but as it has no head or cambelt etc, there's nothing holding it in place so it'll just turnover

I know your pain gregg, i had to try and get it off the spare 1.8t engine and theres nothing holding that, so i tried to jam something in the flywheel but no joy!

You can get flywheel locking tools, which I may have to do, but then I'll take the engine out and change my clutch at the same time, build up the engine out of the car then put it back in
