I've got Anhydrol Forte here, works quite well.

No you can't put it on your forehead, i'm also sure it'll tell you this in the manual.

reminds me i need to use that tonight

and yeh itchs like hell

i tend to put it on 2 nights in a row and then leave it for a while that way it doesnt go too itcy or sore.
