His dad crashed a carrera gt that belonged to a family friend - was pulling out of his friends drive (with some lass in the seat next to him), punted it and fired it through someones hedge.

Only saw the last couple of laps, looked like a good race, will be catching the highlights

I'm also sure that anyone wit half a brain and who heard the interview in context would have gathered than Hamilton was annoyed at himself for getting passed on the outside before, and that statement is an expression of that, and what he was saying was "I never [want] to be passed on the outside again".

i've had a thought of them creating an artificial rain thing over the track, would certainly boost viewings whenever it's boring as fuck

true, rain make it far more intresting...

been silverstone last 2 year, and last year even though i got soaked was far far better than the year before, load of spin's right infront of where i was sat

Are they lighting up the track fully then? (Can't find anything regarding lighting of the circuit).
Eitherway, the race does have it's own challenges - fact that it'll be cooler at night, cars potentially running faster but tyres having less head/grip.

Will be an interesting race either way!
