Running a large part of the company I work for now, not unrealistic at all considering the owners plans (e.g. growth and then sit back) 
I would love to be married with a couple of kids too, don't see why not.

At minimum, a Technical Officer in my job on 55k a year (be more in 10 years time), house, girlfriend (scary to think about marriage) maybe 1 kid.

Work wise, I think the complany I'm at now want to move me into project management in a few years so I'd imagine I'll probably be doing that
