Some people are so fucking stupid it is absolutely unbelievable.
Giving the guy a refund because he isn't happy with the car, that's acceptable and a decent thing to do.
The person who towed the car off of the slam panel. Fucking moron, you can bend it with your hands without much trouble. Why the fuck did they not take the front bumper off???
Then the person still giving the buyer a refund after they wrecked the car. Idiot. I would tell the buyer to piss of after that, dodgy engine or no dodgy engine.

for some reason i feel the seller told the buyer to do it from the slam panel, its the only way i can justify him giving him a refund

he did NOT tell other guy to tow it on slam panel..

He was right to say to the guy, your not happy, heres your money back. If its a genuine car you can easily go ahead and sell again.
However if i turned up to see that...then i would have just kept driving tbh. Just sent the log book off and say you brake it you buy it. Feel really bad for him tbh

tbh we dont know the whole story, we dont know the guys who bought the car and the guy that sold the car..
as he says in his thread he didnt want any hassle, so i can imagine who the buyer was
heard few stories that people sell cas and the buyer is not happy, then broken windows in house, keyed cars.. so u know.. maybe it was partly right and i think he will get more money out of it by breaking anyway..
ps. i wouldnt give a refund
