Tonight - Gym after work, dinner then just chill out (PS3 / Movie)

Saturday - Taking the bike out for a blast, then meal at night for sisters birthday

Sunday - Get home gym set up then meet gf, dinner then pub quiz with about ten of our mates


Monday - Work :S

Tonight - Bed early, up at 5am for work.
Tomorrow - Chill then probably town with the homeboys

Tonight - Just got back from football, bath in a bit then chill
Tomorrow - Probably chill
Sunday - More chilling
Monday - Off to the Lakes to have another go at bridgeswinging.

So pretty much plenty of chilling then chuck myself off a bridge for a huge addrenaline rush
