does come to quite alot then! planning on buying a 2 bed flat myself next year.... but i will be renting one room to pay the mortgage.... so that shouldnt be as bad!
i dont want to rent. im going to do everything in my power not to ever rent! rather be paying a mortgage and actually owning something rather than renting.. too much money just goes and will never return!
