24 and no exercise really
i do about 15 minutes in the morning (weights, push-ups and sit-ups)
try to go for a bike ride or long walk at least once a month. play tennis and golf, but on average seems to be about once a year lol
unfortunately i have back problems so cant do a lot tbh... but its okay. health and fitness does nothing for me id rather play on the PS3 or watch a film any day

21, play 5-7 a-side (depnding on how many turn up ) once a week, nothing else really apart from some manual graft and heavy lifting in work. I only weigh 10 stone tho and any exercise just decreases that so without finding more time to eat I don't like the idea of doing too much more exercise, having a fast metabolism has it's downsides too

iv put on just over half a stone since i started weights in jan!
only set exercise i do is weight training 3 times a week
inbetween i cycle, boxing, occasional run

Im just over 14st, 6ft 2"........lost a few lbs in the last while through diet!

Just the gym other than work on my feet(mechanic)
My week plan is -
Monday - Arms and Chest
(recovery day)
Wednesday - Abs and Cardio
(recovery day)
Friday - Shoulders and back
(recovery day)
then if i want to, sunday - cardio
I do 3 sets on each machine/free weights etc
