I use a mixture of VO5 wax, Pro Styling Rough Clay and Tresemme Extra Hold Hair Spray - I find wax or gel too greasy and the clay on its tod drys the hair too much.
So a splodge of the wax to stop the clay drying out the hair, then shape it with the clay (counter-acts the greasy wax) and a little hairspray to hold it all - doesn't look greasy, holds all day and doesn't make the hair feel as rough as a badgers arse

dax wax, but dont use too much! u hardly need any at all, and when you wash it out have the water as hot as you can stand it so it kind of melts it out.
